Well, most people still have the desire to have a true place of their own, regardless of economic conditions, We hear it all the time. The look on the homeowners face as the final documents are signed…the “I never believed I would own a home”.
That is one of the reasons we buy houses, so more folks can live the dream.
And in many cases it is still a tough dream to attain…lots of talk about the $8000 new homebuyer credit, but that comes with lots of hoops and loops to jump through and need of a high credit score.
